Hello, I’m Helen – a dedicated fitness professional and movement coach with an impressive 20-year journey in the industry. My passion lies in creating fitness experiences that truly matter, and over the years, I’ve witnessed the incredible power of correct movement to bring about transformative changes.
What sets me apart is my commitment to tailor-fitting fitness programs that make a real impact. Whether it’s my engaging group sessions right in the heart of the community or personalized private programs, I’m here to guide you towards your fitness goals with precision and expertise.
One of the programs I take immense pride in is the Direct Pilates Method. This unique approach involves mastering the core Pilates Principles and seamlessly integrating them into your daily life. By doing so, we not only enhance mobility but also cultivate a sense of lasting well-being that goes beyond the exercise mat.
Another program I offer is the Sculpt, Stretch, and Flex Program – a dynamic fusion of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises, all grounded in the principles of Pilates. This well-rounded approach not only boosts fitness but also energizes and sculpts your body.
